Studio Size designed a company website for Njuškalo, the leading online marketplace in Croatia. From an employer branding perspective, Njuškalo is also an IT company with specific know-how, allowing people to work on challenging and exciting technologies. This aspect of the brand was underrepresented, so our goal was to introduce this narrative with the design of the new company website. The website displays multiple layers of Njuškalo’s employer brand: their team, organizational structure, employee benefits, specific know-how demonstrated through blogs and case studies, workplace interior and culture. Regarding the art direction and design style, we kept it within the brand’s existing visual language but played with font selection, layouts, and motion design.
The Njuškalo marketplace is split into different categories, and each has a dedicated team of experts working on that product vertical.
Throughout the art direction of the website, we wanted to translate Njuškalo company’s tech power, but also the positive & dynamic culture of people that are supporting it.
We designed a toolbox with UI components to make the website modular so that it can evolve seamlessly.
